Meet the team

Marios Kallias

Marios Kallias is the founder and managing director of the firm. Marios trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with one of the 'Big Four' firms, and is a member of the ICAEW, the UK Chartered Institute of Taxation and the UK Association of Business Recovery Professionals. He is also a qualfied insolvency practitioner. He has extensive experience in international tax planning and turnaround management. Marios holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance and an MSc in Economics, both from the London School of Economics.

Filippos Filippou

Filippos Filippou graduated with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Manchester Metropolitan University. Having passed the exams of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Filippos heads our firm's insolvency team. He is a qualified insolvency practitioner.

Maria Henderson

Maria Henderson graduated with honours from the Tomsk Polytechnic University in Russia and is fluent in Russian and English. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is a member of our insolvency team specialising in members' voluntary liquidations.

Ioanna Georgiadou

Ioanna Georgiadou graduated with a LLB Law Degree from University of Leicester. She obtained her barrister license from the Law Office of the Republic of Cyprus in 2011 and is currently the Legal Administrator of our firm. She assists in drafting and obtaining legal and statutory documentation and she is part of our insolvency team.

Andri Christodoulou

Andri Christodoulou graduated from University of Cyprus with a degree in Economics. She is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Andri is a member of our audit department.

Nikolas Stavrou

Nikolas Stavrou graduated from University of Patras with a Bachelor degree in Economics. He is training to become a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is currently a member of our firm’s audit department.
